Responsibilities of the Service Technician are as follows:

Conduct Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) on company products in accordance with established company procedures.
Respond to customer and in-company service requests and diagnose using available diagnostic tools to determine repair plans, both on and off company premises.
Repair products according to the manufacturer’s specifications, and established company procedures.
Detail and take note of manufacturer’s defects during the process of diagnosing and repair of products covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Ensure that the products to be delivered or returned to the stores after PDI or repair are properly cleaned.
Conduct maintenance and repair of company tools and equipment, and minor repairs of company vehicles.
At all times wear safety equipment and clothing, and adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Ensure all tools and equipment assigned are protected from loss and damage and are used correctly and safely.

Required qualifications and skills:

High school diploma;
Technical diploma/certification;
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity;
Experience in similar roles and familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent Customer Service Skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Detail-oriented;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
