REQUIREMENTS

1. Rescue Scuba Diver Certified (Minimum)

2. Strong swimming ability

3. Calm, confident under pressure

4. Able to think critically in real-time

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

1. Lead and assist underwater tours (SNUBA, Sea Trek, snorkeling)

2. Deliver exceptional, safe guest experiences

3. Educate guests on marine life and the environment

4. Represent the Sealife Paradise brand with excellence

5. Work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays

BONUS SKILLS (ADVANTAGE)

1. Previous tour guiding or hospitality experience

2. CPR / First Aid / Emergency Oxygen certified

3. Multilingual (especially French)

4. Strong water confidence in varying conditions
