V.E. Medical - Manager/s

Manager/s – V.E. Medical V.E. Medical, an established healthcare company, is looking for experienced and mature manager/s to work, as a team, directly with  the CEO. 

This is a hands-on leadership role, in a growing organisation with a strong community focus.

About the role: You’ll help oversee a team of 30+ staff, ensuring high standards of performance, professionalism and customer care. 

The role involves staff assessments, organising ongoing training, and contributing to new areas of company development.

Effective communication with various government departments will be an essential part of the position. 

The VE Medical managers with collaborate closely with the company  head office team. 

Key responsibilities: People Operations Manager

• Support and collaborate closely with the CEO

• Manage and motivate staff across various departments

• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions

• Maintain professional relationships with doctors and medical staff

• Troubleshoot operational and staffing issues

• Delegate tasks effectively and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

• Contribute research and ideas for business growth, leading to Medical Tourism development of the company both regionally and internationally.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous management experience, ideally in Healthcare or HR.(staff team operation) 

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Team development ability. 

• A professional, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to see the bigger picture and drive the company in strategic development.

• Minimum age 25 (no upper age limit)

• Open to male and female applicants.

• A driver’s licence is an advantage.

• Another language would be an advantage but not necessary (preferably Spanish) 

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm.
