JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to perform a variety of beauty and aesthetic body/face treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens based on client consultations and assessments.
Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product usage.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as an Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments.
Relevant qualifications/certifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field. ( please include details with your application)
In-depth knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and the latest trends in the industry.
Proficiency in using a range of beauty equipment and tools. (please provide information in your application )
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and a provide personalised service.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
