Position: Loan Advisors

Location: Freezone, Vieux Fort

Responsibilities:

• Review and process loan applications to help customers find the right loan.

• Explain loan options and answer customer questions throughout the application process.

• Check that all documents are complete and keep customer records up to date.

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service while resolving any issues.

• Follow company procedures, meet performance goals, and keep product knowledge up to date.

Requirements:

• 18+ Years

• Legally able to work in St Lucia

• Police Certificate of Character

• Personal commercial bank account
