Petrus Private Bank Limited is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Operations Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate account opening, maintenance and closure of client accounts
Accurate and timely processing of client transactions within core banking platform (incoming and outgoing remittances, internal transfers, foreign exchanges, trade orders, corporate actions, SWIFT messages etc.)
Adherence to process and documentation standards
Provide document management assistance to Operations team
Work with Operations team to ensure prompt transaction processing and settlement within established timelines
Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Any adhoc tasks or projects assigned by the Senior Administrator or Head of Operations
Knowledge and/or Skills Requirements:
Associates Degree in Business Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Banking/Financial Environment
Knowledge of banking and investments products, especially as it relates to the international financial services industry
Knowledge of SWIFT, CRS and FATCA is essential
Computer literate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
AML Training
Team player
Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
Maintain highest level of discipline (punctuality, attendance, grooming standards)
